Refund Policy:
1. Booking Services (Golf Reservations, Tours & Experiences)
Non-Defective (Standard Cancellations):
All bookings are subject to the cancellation terms outlined at the time of purchase, as policies may vary depending on the golf course, tour provider, or experience.

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: Eligible for a full refund (excluding any processing fees).

Cancellations made within 3–7 days: Partial refund may apply depending on the provider.

Cancellations made within 72 hours or no-shows: Non-refundable.
Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective / Service Issues:
If a service is not delivered as confirmed (e.g. booking errors, cancellations by the provider, or significant discrepancies), we will:

Offer a full refund, or

Provide a suitable alternative booking, or
-
Issue a credit for future use, depending on the situation and customer preference.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of the scheduled service to be eligible for review.
2. Online Shop (Golf Products & Merchandise)
Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind):
We accept returns for unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We will:

Offer a replacement item at no additional cost, or

Provide a full refund, including shipping fees.

Delivery Times:
- Booking requests will be replied to within 24 hours. Bookings will be confirmed as soon as payment is received and confirmed in writing within 24 hours.
- Shop orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Products should be received within 14 days and are available as soon as you place your order.
Accepted payment methods:
All major credit cards, bank transfer.
Payment period:
Tee time reservation/ Bookings: Invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours
Shop purchases: Credit card payments are processed immediately
Price:
The booking fee of 15% will be confirmed with the customer via email, prior to an invoice being issued.
